Day-Of Coordination


  • Initial meeting 3 weeks prior to your wedding day to create a coordination plan

  • Attendance at + coordination of rehearsal

  • Planning checklist + review

Wedding Day

  • Delivery of your purchased decor items to the ceremony + reception site(s)

  • Confirmation of layout + table and chair counts

  • Setup of items (custom signage, programs, escort cards, place cards, table numbers, guest book, favors, etc.)

  • Assist photographer with coordinating wedding party and family portraits

  • Coordinate the processional, marriage license signing with your officiant, grand entry and exit, etc. (I'll keep track of time so you don't have to!)

  • Final vendor payment and tip delivery

  • Cleanup of purchased decor items

  • Coordinate with assigned party for transportation of gifts and personal decor to designated location
