Planning

  • Initial consultation

  • Unlimited communication through the entire planning period until your wedding day

  • Customized month-by-month planning checklist + guide

  • Online Design Board + budgeting assistance

  • Tailored vendor recommendations (venue, photographer, officiant, attire, florist, etc.) - These recommendations are specific to your needs, not a preferred vendor list!

  • Assistance in guest accommodations + room blocking

  • Attendance at venue tours/walkthroughs as desired

  • Scheduling of + attendance at vendor meetings as desired

  • Marriage license + name change guidance

  • Attendance at + coordination of rehearsal

  • 4-6 weeks from your wedding day: Logistics Meeting (timeline, final guest head count, transportation plan, vendor confirmation, all the important details!)

  • 1 week from your wedding day: Review Meeting (we will discuss your wedding day needs and finalize a coordination plan)

Wedding Day

  • Delivery of your purchased decor items to the ceremony + reception site(s)

  • Confirmation of layout + table and chair counts

  • Setup of items (custom signage, programs, escort cards, place cards, table numbers, guest book, favors, etc.)

  • Assist photographer with coordinating wedding party and family portraits

  • Coordinate the processional, marriage license signing with your officiant, grand entry and exit, etc. (I'll keep track of time so you don't have to!)

  • Final vendor payment and tip delivery

  • Cleanup of purchased decor items

  • Coordinate with assigned party for transportation of gifts and personal decor to designated location
